It is necessary to make the size of the sealed cavity the same as the shape and specifications of the product (ie mold), and try to fit the product as much as possible. The test result is more accurate, and then the instrument fills the space between the product and the mold with air pressure, and then cuts off the air source to detect whether the air pressure drops. If there is a product leak, gas will leak into the product. No drop is good.
The characteristics of the differential pressure type air tightness testing equipment: There are two interfaces on the back of the instrument, one is connected to the standard product (qualified product), and the other is connected to the test product.
1) Fill the standard product and the test product with equal air pressure at the same time, then cut off the air source, observe the air pressure difference in the standard product, and subtract the air pressure in the test product. If the difference is zero, it means that the tested product and the standard product are also qualified; otherwise, the tested product is unqualified.
2) If the product does not have an inflatable hole, we will use a volumetric pressure difference air tightness tester. It is necessary to make the size of the two sealed cavities the same as the shape and specifications of the product, that is, the mold, and try to fit the product as much as possible. Because the test result is more accurate, the instrument will fill the space between the standard product and the test product and the mold, then cut off the air source, and observe the difference between the standard product and the test product. , If the difference is zero, it means that the inspected product is qualified with the standard product; otherwise, the inspected product is unqualified.
